Disproportionate Plannings

The fact is, the prevalence of this country is no more than a miracle. yes! where policy-making fuss in every department and at every level is such a hilarious joke, expectations turn into hopelessness. They don't bother whether the pill is available in the store, whether the child is holding a pencil or a spanner in his hand, whether the respective clerk is in his office or whether the departments are going. But whatever, things mentioned above have become a cliche and one gets frustrated by listening to them everywhere. But the point is, whenever they want to SHOW that change is taking place, they are so embedded in working on national interests that things go in the opposite way and results come out to be contrary. Numerous projects are started at the same time and then burden comes on the shoulders of the country's economy. As a result, the state runs towards the organizations like IMF and World Bank. In its three-year span of time, PML-N government has obtained $25 billion as fresh loans in addition to in addition to borrowing Rs. 3.1 trillion from the domestic market for budget financing.
The hilarious side of the picture is something no less than a joke. Most of the debts taken have been utilized to repay the previous loans acquired. $11.95 billion have been spent in this regard. Country's loan pile soars to Rs. 22.5 trillion and the graph is still raising up linearly.
This disproportion in the economic planning has made the situation complicated and put the economy at shambles. And not only this economy, education sector is also suffering from the same mismanaged techniques and lapsed initiatives. The youth of a particular region just opts for one particular discipline. As a result, there is an entire army of engineers prepared in the country. One can find the graduates wandering here and there in every street. But this indicates an alarming situation. If on one hand, graduates are being prepared from every side, there is an extreme want of the artists, scientists, entrepreneurs and writers. We don't find any substitute of Dr. abdus salam, Bano Qudsia and Manto. This is the ultimate result of our disproportionate plannings which have brought us to such a shambolic situation that the students now take some of the careers as a stereotype. They have developed a mentality regarding specific career fields to be useless monetarily as well as academically. Things need to be controlled. Management is the first wise step towards controlling any department. let there be  proportion: let there be management.
